AVAILABILITY: TO RESERVE: A 50% deposit is required to secure the villa within 7 days of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your rental check-in date. (Final balance due 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years bookings.) We accept personal cheques, money orders or bank drafts for the initial deposit. The final payment must be made by money order, bank draft or bank wire transfer--please inquiry about details. We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time. There are no telephones in the villas, but a long distance calling card can be purchased very easily at many locations in Bucerias. There are telephone booths on many nearby streets. We will provide you with a contact number in the event of an emergency. The occupancy of the villa is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises. All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received. CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M. PLEASE NOTE: As Villas del Sol are non-smoking units, we invite to you smoke outside or on the patio only, please. Well behaved pets MAY be allowed--please inquire.
